Enrollment and Payment Policies

IMPORTANT NOTES AND DISCLAIMER

All Bridgewell programs are subject to learner readiness, group fit, schedule availability, and consultation.
Membership includes one recommended BW guided social block Round per month, not unlimited guided social block attendance.
Additional guided social block participation, specialized pathways, tutorials, intensive 1:1 support, external tutor use, parent coworking access, project events, and materials-heavy activities may be billed separately.
Bridgewell may recommend a starting point based on parent consultation, learner observation, family goals, and the learner's current support needs.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Published rates are gross rates.
All listed fees are public-facing rates and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Slots are confirmed only upon payment.
A learner’s slot in a BW guided social block Round, Membership Pathway, Parent Learning Session, or specialized program is confirmed only after Bridgewell receives the required payment and enrollment documents.
Membership fees must be paid according to the approved package.
Memberships may be paid based on the selected plan, such as BW Start 1, BW Grow 3, BW Core 6, or BW Leap 12. The total package fee follows the selected membership duration.
Guided social block fees must be paid before the round begins.
Stand-Alone BW guided social block Rounds and Full Weekend guided social block Bundles must be paid before the learner joins the scheduled sessions.
Parent Learning Sessions are paid per participant.
Parent Learning Session fees are paid before the scheduled session. Seats are confirmed only upon payment.
Top-ups and add-ons are billed separately.
Additional member guided social block rounds, discovery passes, tutorials, intensive 1:1 support, specialized pathways, project events, parent coworking access, external tutor space use, and materials-heavy activities are not automatically included unless specifically stated in writing.
Bank charges, transfer fees, or payment processing fees are shouldered by the payer.
Bridgewell must receive the full amount due for the selected program, membership, or session.

REFUND, CANCELLATION AND ATTENDANCE POLICIES

Fees are non-refundable once the program or membership period has started.
Once a learner begins a BW guided social block Round, Membership Pathway, Parent Learning Session, or specialized program, fees paid are considered non-refundable.

This is because slots, facilitators, space, materials, and program planning are reserved in advance for each learner.
Missed sessions are generally not refundable or convertible.
Missed BW guided social block sessions, Parent Learning Sessions, mentor check-ins, or scheduled support sessions are not automatically convertible to refunds, credits, discounts, 1:1 sessions, tutorials, future guided social blocks, or other Bridgewell services.

Bridgewell will review special cases when appropriate, but adjustments are not guaranteed.
Make-up sessions are subject to approval and availability.
Make-up sessions, if allowed, are subject to Bridgewell’s approval, facilitator availability, learner readiness, schedule fit, and group suitability.

Because BW guided social blocks are connected, theme-based experiences, missed sessions may not always be possible to recreate individually.
Requests for schedule changes must be made in writing.
Requests to defer, reschedule, or move to another round must be made in writing and are subject to availability, learner readiness, group fit, and operational feasibility.

Bridgewell will do its best to review reasonable requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed once schedules and staffing have been confirmed.
Withdrawal after commencement does not automatically cancel the selected package.
If a learner withdraws, stops attending, or is unable to continue after the program or membership period has started, fees already paid remain non-refundable.

For multi-month memberships, any request to defer unused participation will be reviewed by Bridgewell on a case-by-case basis. Approval will depend on the reason for the request, timing, learner readiness, schedule availability, and operational feasibility.

If the selected package has not yet been fully paid, the remaining balance may still be due unless otherwise approved in writing by Bridgewell.
Bridgewell may recommend a different starting point.
If Bridgewell determines that a learner is not yet ready for a group-based guided social block, Bridgewell may recommend a readiness session, parent consultation, 1:1 support, or another starting point before group participation.

This is to help ensure that the learner enters the Bridgewell space with the right level of support.
Bridgewell may defer, pause, or adjust participation when needed.
Bridgewell reserves the right to defer, pause, or adjust a learner’s participation if the learner’s current readiness, regulation, support needs, safety considerations, or group fit requires a different level of support. In these cases, Bridgewell will coordinate with the family regarding the recommended next step.
Parent Learning Session fees are non-refundable for missed attendance.
A missed Parent Learning Session is non-refundable.
Specialized Pathways and Top-Ups may have separate terms.
Specialized programs, project-based activities, work simulation labs, applied learning labs, intensive support, materials-heavy activities, and customized services may have separate payment, refund, materials, and cancellation terms depending on the scope and complexity of the activity.

These terms will be shared before confirmation when applicable.
Bridgewell recommendations are based on readiness and fit.
Bridgewell may recommend a starting point based on parent consultation, learner observation, family goals, schedule availability, group fit, and the learner’s current support needs.
Discovery Passes are available for a separate fee.
Parents and learners may request access to a Guided Social Block session for a separate fee of PHP 6,000 per session. The learner may initially join or observe for up to 3 hours, depending on readiness, comfort level, and group suitability.
