Privacy Policy

Bridgewell Center for Learning and Development Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information submitted through our website, inquiry forms, consultation forms, Google lead forms, email, social media pages, and other official Bridgewell channels.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, mobile number, city or location, relationship to the learner, learner age range, inquiry details, preferred program or service, and other information you voluntarily provide when asking about Bridgewell programs.

For parent or guardian inquiries, we may also collect limited information about the learner’s educational needs, learning profile, support needs, school or homeschool context, and readiness concerns, only when voluntarily shared by the parent or guardian.

When you enroll, join a waitlist, request updates, express membership interest, or receive a payment request, we may collect payer and learner details, the selected class or pathway, consent records, enrollment references, availability reservations, and payment status. Payment card or account credentials are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by Bridgewell.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, send program details, schedule consultations, assess the appropriate starting pathway, manage class availability and enrollment, maintain waitlists and update lists, prepare membership payment requests, verify payment status, provide learner and parent support, improve our services, communicate updates, and comply with applicable legal and administrative requirements.

How We Protect and Share Information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. Access is limited to authorized Bridgewell team members and service providers who need the information to respond to your inquiry or deliver our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted platforms such as website hosting, email, forms, calendar tools, advertising platforms, or customer communication tools to collect, process, and manage inquiries.

Website inquiries, consultation requests, waitlists, notifications, and membership-interest forms are managed using Mailchimp, while Supabase stores operational records and submission audit status. Enrollment and membership records may also be processed using Supabase, while eligible online payments are processed using PayPal. These service providers process information according to their own privacy and security practices and only as needed to provide their services to Bridgewell.

Retention of Information

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, or support legitimate business purposes.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent or ask questions about how your information is used, subject to applicable laws and legitimate business or legal requirements.
